About us
In practice in the Outaouais area since 1981, Dr. Dubois has surrounded himself with a team of talented and experienced professionals.
The team moved into the current location in 1994. We work within surgical facilities that remain at the cutting edge of technology. Our premises were completely renovated in 2010. It is from these facilities, built and dedicated to cosmetic surgery, that our team offers personalized services.

Clinic
The Outaouais Centre for Cosmetic Surgery is the first private surgical facility in the National Capital Region certified by the Canadian Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgical Facilities Inc.(CAAASF). This national organization aims to ensure that the premises, facilities and professionals associated with said facility work safely by following set standards.
The Outaouais Centre for Cosmetic Surgery also has a Specialized Medical Center License (CMS) issued by the Quebec Ministry of Health and Social Services, which certifies that it meets the criteria and regulations for performing surgery outside a hospital.
In short, our clinic offers the highest level of safety for our patients.
